Main goal: Increasing the role of culture and cultural heritage for local development, through promoting employment, social inclusion and cultural entrepreneurship, development of management capacity in applying innovative technologies for the presentation of the rich cultural heritage of the municipality of Isperih.

Specific objectives: - Renovation, renovation and revitalization of cultural performance venues values from the funds of the Isperih Historical Museum – art gallery and hall for temporary archaeological expositions, as well as the spaces adjacent to them;

- Improving the presentation of cultural heritage through the use of interactive and innovative methods and technologies;

- Attracting a wide range of visitors, creating sustainable interest among adolescents to the cultural heritage and in particular that of the Thracians;

- Promotion of cultural entrepreneurship as a prerequisite for the deployment of more wide interest in heritage, income generation and increased employment;

- Increasing the capacity for cultural heritage management and development an integrated cultural product uniting the immovable cultural heritage of Archaeological reserve "Sboryanovo" and movable cultural values presented in new museum expositions.

- Revitalized two sites for presenting the cultural heritage on the territory of Municipality of Isperih;

- Introducing a qualitative improvement in the way of presenting the cultural heritage through the use of interactive and innovative methods and technologies;

- Organization of two new exhibitions - artistic and archaeological;

- Attracting a wide range of visitors with emphasis on children, youth, specialized audience with interests in the field of cultural heritage and history;

- training of the project team, museum specialists and representatives of the target groups;

- creation of two new jobs;

- building local entrepreneurial capacity in the field of culture and contribution to the socio-economic development of the municipality.
